Recently Defense Forum Foundation President, Suzanne Scholte, sat down for an interview with Megan McQueen, from The Politic, to discuss human rights issues that haunt the people of North Korea, even after they flee from the country.
McQueen writes for Yale University's monthly publication, which strives to inform the community about the most important local, national, and global policy issues, and this month her focus was on human rights issues in North Korea and beyond. The article feature of President Scholte focuses on the importance of enforcing sanctions against North Korea in response to the many human rights violations being committed by the Kim Regime against the North Korean people, as well as in other countries.
